The TrialWorks® by ClinPhone e-Service is our hosted solution, and provides
turnkey access to clinical trial management software. The e-Service provides
instant access to TrialWorks® - its powerful design, intuitive
interface, incredible stability, and customizable features. You can input or
access data and reports, from any location, 24 hours a day, at the same speed
as if you were sitting in your office.
All that you need is an Internet connection - we take care of the rest.
When you use the TrialWorks® by ClinPhone e-Service, we are your IT department,
and provide unlimited technical support. The software resides at our facilities,
and is accessed over the Internet. Our hosting environment is exceptionally secure -
and includes 24/7 network engineering support, redundant power supplies, redundant
Internet connectivity, and scheduled backups.
Implementation and Installation -
When you implement TrialWorks® at your facilities,
we help ensure that it is installed quickly and with no hassle.
Physical installation typically takes less than one day, and many of our
clients begin utilizing TrialWorks® within days after installation
Training -
We provide thorough training, either onsite, at our offices, or remotely.
An initial onsite training session is included with TrialWorks® or with the
e-Service at no additional cost.
User and Technical Support -
We want to help you hit the ground running, and provide free telephone user and technical
support for 60 days after you start working with TrialWorks®. Thereafter, additional support
is available at a moderate hourly rate or through our Premium Advantage support and maintenance agreement.
Customizations -
TrialWorks® can be tailored to your specific needs. Our expertise in software
and the clinical trial process means that your customizations will be user-friendly
and match your workflow.
Data Migration -
We can migrate your legacy data, in virtually any format, directly into TrialWorks®.
